If you are unfortunately late, please meet at the SAPPHIRE SEMINAR ROOM aka
the room we used for New Leaders' Welcome

It is compulsary for all unless you have valid reasons or is excused by the teacher. Formal AGM starts at 2.15pm, so still come if you finish early or anything. Formal AGM is VERY Important, so yeah. MUST COME!
